MTA employs well qualified and devoted Master Mariners, Chief Engineers, Academic and Instructional Staff as faculty for all subjects covered in the syllabus. In case of requirement of any specialized information to be provided to the candidates, experts from the Shipping Industry from outside the Academy are requisitioned as visiting faculty.
